The Process

Either start by contacting us about your repair, or get the unit packed up and sent to us.

Download our Repair Form

Wait for your unit to get to us, we will inspect your unit and contact you with a quote (Unless we have quoted you prior)

Once repairs have been approved by you, we will repair and test. Once completed we finalise payment and send the unit back.

Freight

As most of our repairs turn up in a box they also leave in a box. But as we want your unit to get back to you in one piece, we discard all boxes and repack them into new packing to ensure your radio returns in one piece.

This involves a new box and packing material. Postage and handling is around the $44 mark. A small price to pay to ensure your unit gets back in one piece.

We send via a variety of couriers or Australia Post which allows us to send your radio back to PO Boxes or parcel lockers by means of Australia Post.

Payment

Our prefered method of payment is credit card. All credit card payments incur a 1% surcharge. This includes Visa debit and Mastercard debit. Sorry, we do not accept AMEX, as their surcharges are too high.

If you don’t like paying surcharges, we will happily supply you with our bank details for EFT transfer. This may take a little longer for funds to clear before we can send back your repair.

Our minimum charge for diagnosis with no repair or any rejected quotes is $140. This includes packaging and return freight.

All repairs come with a Tax invoice. We provide a minimum of a 1-year warranty on all factory car stereo repairs.
