The Process

Please start by contacting us about your repair. Our preferred contact method is by filling out our contact form so we can get the right information to accurately quote on your repair.

If you have received a quote, or you are ready to send you repair to us, please fill out our online repair form so we can send you booking deatils through our express booking system.

You should expect an email with an automated number and some simple instructions that will help you and us keep track the repair process in our book in system.

Freight

As most of our repairs turn up in a box they also leave in a box. But as we want your unit to get back to you in one piece, we discard all boxes and repack them into new packing to ensure your radio returns in one piece.

This involves a new box and packing material. Postage and handling is around the $44 mark. A small price to pay to ensure your unit gets back in one piece.

We send via a variety of couriers or Australia Post which allows us to send your radio back to PO Boxes or parcel lockers by means of Australia Post.

Payment

Our prefered method of payment is credit card. All credit card payments incur a 1% surcharge. This includes Visa debit and Mastercard debit. Sorry, we do not accept AMEX, as their surcharges are too high.

If you don’t like paying surcharges, we will happily supply you with our bank details for EFT transfer. This may take a little longer for funds to clear before we can send back your repair.

All repairs come with a Tax invoice. We provide a minimum of a 1-year warranty on all factory car stereo repairs unless advised otherwise.
