The Process

Either start by contacting us about your repair, or get the unit packed up and sent to us.

Download our Repair Form

Wait for your unit to get to us, we will inspect your unit and contact you with a quote (Unless we have quoted you prior)

Once repairs have been approved by you, we will repair and test.  Once completed we finalise payment and send the unit back.

Freight

Our prefered method to send back is by Couriers.  We discard all boxes and repack into new packing to ensure your radio returns in one piece.

This involves a new box and packing material.  A small price to pay to ensure your unit gets back in one piece.

Payment

We accept Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards or can provide banking details if you wish.

All repairs come with a Tax invoice.

We provide at least a 1 year warranty on repairs.  Unless otherwise advised.
